2013 Fire Emblem Club Gift Exhange!

Hi everyone! It's that time of the year again! This is our annual Secret Santa gift exchange, where we all get together and exchange creative works with one another in the name of Fire Emblem! I know some of you have been asking for this and wondering when and if it was going to happen, but rest assured, it will! You will have a little over two months, as this will go on until Valentine's Day. So think of it as a holiday/Valentine's gift!

Sign up to create a Fire Emblem themed gift (either drawing or fanfiction), and receive a gift in exchange. Normal club submission rules still apply. There is a maximum limit of 100 participants each year.

DEADLINES TO REMEMBER

December 7, 2013: Sign up for the exchange
December 14, 2013: Find out who your secret partner is
December 20, 2013: Folder if open to submit gifts
February 14, 2013: Deadline to finish and submit gifts

Out of those, which is your all-time favorite?
List up to six of your fave characters (any game):
List up to five of your fave Supports or romantic pairings:
Will you be drawing or writing your gift?
Do you have a preference to receiving drawing or writing in return?
Have you participated in the gift exchange in past but haven't received a gift?

SIGN UP DEADLINE: SATURDAY DECEMBER 7, 2013
Notes will be received from now (Saturday November 23, 2013) until 2 weekw from now (Saturday December 7, 2013).

WHEN YOU WILL GET YOUR SECRET PARTNER: SATURDAY DECEMBER 14, 2013
You will receive a reply note by December 14 with the information of whomever you are paired with (it will be the note that they sent in to sign up). Pairings are not random, they are based upon what games you enjoy and, to some extent, artistic effort.So please check your notes!
DO NOT TELL THE PERSON YOU ARE THEIR SECRET SANTA! IT'S A SURPRISE!

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU GET YOUR PARTNER:
This is the person you will be making a drawing or writing gift for. Read over the note you're sent to take into consideration what they might like, then get to drawing or writing! You can also look at their gallery and faves to get a better idea of what would make their winter holiday more merry. Again, it's a secret! You want to surprise them! Have fun while doing it and be excited for the surprise you might get too!

WHERE TO SUBMIT YOUR GIFT: SUBMIT TO THE ANNUAL SECRET SANTA FOLDER
This folder will be open for submission Friday December 20, 2013, and will remain open until Friday February 14, 2013.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT YOUR GIFT: FRIDAY FEBRUARY 14, 2014
Get your gift done and in time! We don't want anyone to be left hanging and disappointed!
Remember to send a note/comment to your recipient so that they know you finished, too! In years past, some artists would submit to the club and their recipient never knew it was for them. Let's try to avoid that.

IF YOU ARE LATE WITH YOUR GIFT: LET US KNOW BY SENDING US A NOTE HERE ( fireemblem-club.deviantart.com… )
You will need to send the club a note and we will manually add it to the folder.  And as with every year, those who sign up and do not complete their gift at all will be banned from participating in any future club events -- so please, only join if you intend to finish. C:
