COMIC INCOMING!

This will be for our collaborative comic and mission project!
SGPA members will be adding more pages of comic, art, or fiction to be collected into a .pdf format book! I will probably print one to preserve in posterity! <3

As usual, this took longer than anticipated.. but on the other hand, it was a lot more ambitious than I first planned as well! At first, it was going to be a doodly 4-koma. Then it was just going to be in black and white, then maybe screentones liked a manga... but I ultimately decided to fully colour it and add word balloons (which takes so much time to do!)! ZOMG! XD I hope it looks legit enough!

STORY SUMMARY:

During the events of October 16 (Episode 16 - Failsafe), The Team underwent a training simulation that left them traumatized. At this time, Horizon and Zenith of Team Two were also making investigations based on a lead they got regarding alien technology. A battle broke out, and Wil, an informant who had been with Horizon at the time, managed to escape with important information.

After October 23 (Episode 17 - Disordered), Wil is able to finally make contact with the Justice League. This is after the League detected distortions in the space-time fabric, which seems to be letting in hostile entities from another universe. With Wil's information and the report from Superboy after dealing with the New Gods of New Genesis and their enemies from Apokolips, the League is able to make sense of what is happening on Earth.

Technology from New Genesis and Apokolips is being used in a network across the glob in order to mine for, duplicate, and create rare and valuable materials. However, all of this reality-altering activity has also resulted in tears in the fabric of reality. Hostile entities form other universes are using these tears as gateways into Earth and the surrounding solar system. While the Justice League and other well-established heroes are using all their strength to contain the most powerful of the hostile entities, the network of reality-warping technology is still running and opening up more tears.

It is up to The Team in Mount Justice as well as members of the Super Galaxy Princess Alliance to come together and tackle the target sites that are a part of this network. These sites are located all over the Earth as well as Earth's orbit and the surrounding solar system.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SGPA MEMBERS:
Get your team together and look up the location you're going to! Google it so you know what to wear and how to get there!
The Team Leader will be the one responsible for whipping their team into shape and handling the brunt of the responsibility! Batman and I don't care how you get it done. JUST DO IT!
The Team Leader (hopefully with the team) will decide what their collaboration image will look like. It can be a comic, a short story, an image, or whatever else you can think of that will fit onto a page or two! The page minimum is ONE. You can have as many collab pages as your team can handle by the deadline!
Enemies that get in your way can be from any universe, DC or not. Just try to keep them somewhat in character! Decide together who or what you want to fight, escape from, or avoid!
Maybe the mission was a cinch! Maybe your mission ends in failure! Maybe the site didn't have the target you were looking for and you had to head somewhere else! Maybe you had more trouble on your way to the site than when you actually get there! It's up to you how you want to handle (or mishandle) your mission!
Please use the templates below to fill in your Team Mission! IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO! If it's a short story, you can type it out and have someone like =Meibatsu copy-paste it onto a page for you if you are having trouble. You can colour in the banner at the top and add team information at the top. The guidelines and boxes are just there to tell you where to keep in important stuff so it doesn't get cut off when printing, and the middle line just tells you where the page will be folded in a 2-page spread.

Remember to put your TEAM NAME and MEMBER NAMES onto the work and credit each other!
All of these impressive pages will be put together into a "COMIC BOOK" .pdf!

Heroes are still invited to contribute work in some way to the comic book, but you do not have a specific mission. You can contribute an image, sketch, or short one paragraph blurb, but it will be put on an "MEANWHILE..." page or something! For example, a hero without a team could be caught in a fight with a crossover villain, or maybe they are investigating a tear, or maybe they just slept in while the whole world is being doomed!
Villains may join in to screw up the other teams. Just target a team and head over to their target location to head them off and sabotage their teamwork and plans! Just contact the Team Leader and announce your intent to disrupt.. or even.. aid? O:
Submit missions into the "MISSION - DISTORTIONS" folder!
Team missions will be accepted until the END OF DECEMBER (December 31, 2011, 11:59 EST).
